My name is Gerald Adam Cooper. I go by Adam. I hold a Doctor of Psychology in Grief Counseling and a Masters in Pastoral Counseling. I have served as director of Grief and Bereavement for a suburban Atlanta, GA Funeral Home and Cemetery where I have worked with hundreds of families experiencing the grief that comes with the death of a loved one. Additionally, I have been in the death care industry since 1993, serving as operations manager for that same suburban Atlanta cemetery.

During this time I have seen families struggle with the decisions that surround dealing with the estates of their loved ones and the fact that in almost every instance “investors” and other would be “benefactors” descended like vultures in the hopes of helping the bereaved survivor “out from under” the burden their loved one “left them” with.
